1. Maintaining the gardens to a high standard
2. Mowing and watering the lawns
3, Maintaining the large swimming pool and spa
4. Keeping all Common Property clean and tidy
5. Emptying all rubbish bins daily
6. Meeting Contractors on site
7. Minor painting and maintenance work, etc
