Relief Property Manager Brisbane

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Relief Property Manager to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for an experienced property professional who is confident working across both property management and building management functions.

About the Role

As a Relief Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with owners, residents, Body Corporate committees, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with all types of property inspections (entry, routine, and vacate)
Market available properties and coordinate open homes and private inspections
Report maintenance issues promptly and arrange repairs as required
Prepare leasing, property management, and building management reports
Maintain positive and professional relationships with Body Corporate committees, owners, residents, and contractors
Prepare Building Manager reports and attend Body Corporate meetings when required
Supervise cleaning staff and ensure caretaking duties are completed to a high standard
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in daily property management matters
Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, ethical standards, and industry regulations

About You
To be successful in this role, you must:
Hold a current Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
Have a solid understanding of real estate legislation, ethics, and industry standards
Possess a minimum of 12 years property management experience
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
