Hotel Resort Sales is expanding, and we are seeking motivated sales brokers to grow with us in the Management Rights sector.

If you are driven, relationship-focused and ready to build a high-income career in one of Australias most rewarding property niches, this opportunity is for you.

This position can work around current work / business commitments for the right candidate such as those already in the management rights space and can be a part-time or full-time role. The role includes a $500 per month retainer for the right candidate plus a generous sales commission.

With increasing enquiry levels and a growing database of qualified buyers, we are now expanding our footprint and seeking quality brokers to represent our brand in key areas.

Areas of Opportunity - We are currently looking to appoint brokers in:
* Gold Coast
* Brisbane Northside
* Brisbane Southside
* Sunshine Coast
* Far North Queensland

The Opportunity:
This is a commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential for high performers, plus a $500 per month retainer
You will operate within your designated region, building relationships with management rights owners, accommodation operators and industry professionals. The role provides flexibility to work from home office, autonomy and the backing of an established brand with strong marketing and database support.
You will be working as an independent contractor with administration support from head office.

Overview of Role:
Listing and selling Management Rights and accommodation businesses both in the caretaking, permanent and holiday sectors.
* Building long-term relationships with operators
* Prospecting for new opportunities within your region
* Managing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
* Working closely with our leadership team to mentor you and drive growth

What Were Looking For:
* Proven sales ability (real estate, business sales or related industries preferred)
* Previous / current management rights operators or those working in the management rights space are also highly desirable
* Real estate licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Self-driven, professional and relationship-focused and exceptional service qualities
* Ability to travel within your region (no overnight travel required)
* A strong work ethic and desire to build a substantial income
