This is an affordable choice of accommodation for local, regional or international students who may be visiting our city to study and who want to live close to the City, while on the strictest of budgets. It is an old place an nothing fancy, but well priced and well managed.

About Eccleston Cottage:
All studio rooms vary in size and range in pricing from $210 - $280 per week, with all rents per week including all bills, except for the use of the laundry machines. The accommodation has a multicultural community feel with people from all over the world living in fully furnished, equipped studio rooms, all of which have their own kitchenette's and some with en-suites. All studio rooms range in size, from small singles to mid-size singles or even larger singles with either single, double or queensize beds.

The building also has a large communal share kitchen for people who like to do a bit more serious cooking, a number of areas to sit for a chat or to dine at, several toilets/bathrooms on each floor which are cleaned regularly. The property is affordable, quiet, well located and an easy walk to absolutely everything.

Location: This property is located at Stop 12/ Bus Route 199 on Merthyr Road in the heart of fabulous New Farm, just up the street from New Farm Village, around the corner from New Farm Park and very close to an array of cafes/restaurants.
